The Mountain
The highlands of Appi Kogen sit right next to Towada-Hachimantai National Park in northeast Honshu. Amazing powder covers all of Appi's 828-meter (2716.5-ft) vertical from peak to base. Appi's 21 trails are easily and comfortably accessible by two eight-person gondolas and three high-speed, detachable, hooded quad chairs. And you can't beat Appi Kogen's variety: we have everything from bunny slopes to a 5.5-km (3.4-mi) cruiser to steep and deep!

The Green Season
The off-season for skiing is the on-season for golf, tennis, and much more. Try 36 holes of great golf, or work up a sweat on of our 19 tennis courts.
Appi's nature school lets you get out and about in the mountains with safe and fun guided programs.
