Powderhouse is located in Hakuba at the base of the Northern Japan Alps with views of the Hakuba Valley and surrounding mountains. Centrally located, it is the ideal base to enjoy a variety of year round outdoor activities or just chill out surrounded by nature.

Established in 1999, Powderhouse recently relocated to new premises designed and built with an emphasis on comfort and quality whilst retaining the personalized service, delicious food and relaxed atmosphere that has always made staying at Powderhouse a special experience.

Seisenso is located in a very convenient central position in the Nozawa Onsen village, meaning that everything is close by.

In order to reach the ski slopes from the onsen town, there are two connecting lifts which take you there directly. The lifts are 5-7 minutes away from Seisenso on foot. There is also a shuttle bus as well - the bus stop is just 1 minute away from Seisenso.

After a day on the slopes, enjoy our generously sized evening meals, and then later on maybe you will want to have a soak in our natural onsen (which is open 24 hours a day).
