Monkey Rider is a western style lodge located in the heart of beautiful Echoland in Hakuba, Nagano in Japan. Echoland is only 5 minutes to the 5 main resorts via a regular shuttle service leaving from just outside the front door.

Our years of being ski and snowboard fanatics have taken us to some pretty spectacular places. From the chutes of Chamonix to the back bowls of Whistler, from New Zealand's southern Alps to Hokkaido's pristine powder, there have been some pretty memorable moments. But none of them have made the lasting impression that Hakuba has! With the Northern Alps as the backdrop, Hakuba is blessed with an abundance of great terrain and an annual snowfall that's simply ridiculous, providing an experience that's nothing short of magical!

MorinoLodge has clean, spacious twins, doubles and group rooms in western and Japanese style. The rooms all come with ensuite bathroom, shower and toilet plus televison, DVD player and mini-fridge. The owners have 18 years of experience in Hakuba and are a wealth of knowledge on the local area.
