Our small hotel Grove Inn Skala is located in the center of
Japan's main island, in Hakuba village in Nagano prefecture.

Many people already know about Hakuba,
as it was the sight of the 1998 Winter Olympic events:
Giant Slalom, Downhill,Nordic Combined,
Cross-country and Jumping.

The Jumping Stadium is just 5 min's walk from our hotel.

Hakuba is about 300km north west of Tokyo.
It takes approximately 3½　hours　by train and 4 hours by car.

We are located in the beautiful surroundings of Hakuba. Come to find a peaceful, relaxing and friendly atmosphere with great service.
