Alpine Lodge is situated in the mountain township of Minakami, one of Japan's premiere hot spring and ski resorts in the North of Gunma Prefecture. The lodge is primely located in the Yubiso area (valley of the hidden hot springs), which lies in the center of Minakami's 10 ski fields, with the closest field just 200 meters from the back door.

Guests have a variety of activities and adventures to choose from while staying at the lodge. In Winter, on-piste skiing and snowboard lessons, snowshoe tours and some of Japan's best backcountry riding. In Summer, worldclass whitewater rafting and canyoning, moutainbiking and a huge variety of other adventures. Alpine Lodge has a package that is suitable for everyone.

Every weekend there will be various music and outdoor events ranging from acoustic live to DJ's and bands.

Located just in front of a good ski resort, Houdaigi feels like a private resort it is so close! Our accommodation is warm, welcoming and relaxing - a great environment for you to enjoy our full-course meals. We look forward to welcoming you to La Neige this winter.

We offer both ski and snowboard rental to our guests. We do not have onsen on the facility, but good onsen are within easy reach for you to enjoy.

Kusatsu Onsen is very famous for great hot springs and the beauty of the surrounding nature. Among other hotels, our hotel is the closest to the Kusatsu Kokusai Ski Resort. Our hotel is enjoyable throughout the year.

The hotel has a total of 154 comfortable guest rooms. Each room has its own bathroom. Room amenities include television, fridge and air-conditioning.

We are a European-style onsen resort hotel located at elevation 1200 meters and nestled amid the quiet forests of Japanese birch and larch. The travel from Tokyo to the hotel takes 2 hours 20 minutes by taking a train, a bus and our shuttle bus.
